Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministries encompasses a broad spectrum of activities, programs and services in Rockland. The purpose of Women’s Ministries is to carry out the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ by ministering to women and thereby equipping them to minister to others. Women’s Ministries is designed to blend the talents and abilities of all women in the church to minister as unto Christ; in prayer, practical ministry, spiritual growth, evangelistic outreach and missionary partnerships.

Women reach out to other women in a special way. This creates a sense of community and builds interpersonal relationships which take them through trials, tears and laughter. Women’s Ministries provides an atmosphere and opportunity to accommodate the changing needs of today’s women. Our women desire to be women who are led by the Holy Spirit, growing in godliness, encouraging and mentoring one another according to Titus 2:4. This ministry is dedicated to joyfully supporting the leadership of our churches and to reaching out in love and compassion to the needs of our community and the world.
