2025 Community Flea Market in Clarence-Rockland Victoria Monday

New Beginning Church is excited to host the Community Flea Market event once again, scheduled to take place on May 19th, 2025 rain or shine. This event promises to be a highlight of the Victoria Day Weekend in Rockland, offering residents and visitors a unique opportunity to buy and sell a variety of items while supporting a worthy cause. At the New Beginning Church Community Flea Market, vendors will be able to rent space to sell their items and keep their profits. All proceeds from the table rentals will go directly to the Rockland Soup Kitchen, which provides meals and support to those in need in the Clarence-Rockland area. The Rockland Soup Kitchen is dedicated to helping individuals and families facing food insecurity by offering a safe and welcoming environment where they can access nutritious meals.  The Community Flea Market in Clarence-Rockland will take place at New Beginning Church, located at 954 Giroux St., Rockland, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Choose one of the following Vendor Packages:

1. North Parking Lot Vendor ($30 – Vendor Economy): This tier offers vendor spaces located in the north parking lot. It’s a great option for vendors looking for a budget-friendly opportunity to showcase their products or services.
2. (A FEW SPOTS LEFT) Front of Church Vendor ($35 – Vendor Plus): Vendors at this tier will have their spaces set up in front of the church, providing prime visibility to event attendees. It offers enhanced exposure and promotional opportunities compared to the North Parking Lot tier.
3. (SOLD OUT) Inside Church Vendor ($45 – Vendor Exclusive): This top-tier option offers vendor spaces inside the church, providing a comfortable and shaded environment away from the sun. It’s the perfect choice for vendors selling food or delicate items, offering a premium location for increased sales and customer engagement.

After completing the form and choosing your Vendor Package, follow the instructions below to submit your payment for the selected vendor package. This will secure your spot at the event.

Please add $10 if you chose to rent a table.

Also, please take not that all payments are no refundable.
