The Person, Power and Purpose of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit – Sunday August 25th, 2019

On Sunday August 25th following our baptismal service, Pastor Eric preached part 1 in the new series he’s calling: Holy Spirit.

Part one was a power preview ‘appetizer’ on understanding who the Holy Spirit is. And what He does. We see many instances in the Bible of a ‘before’ and ‘after’ when it comes to the work of the Holy Spirit in a believer’s life. We see this in the life of Jesus and of His disciples during His day. And we see it today among followers of Jesus.

Acts 2:17 – “‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.”
