Caplugs FBH Series Bolt Hole Plugs for FAN Series are black-colored, multi-purpose plugs that are intended to protect the bolt holes of a flange while securely fastening FAN Series Flange Protectors onto the flange. Our FBH Series is specially designed to cover bolt holes, safeguarding the flange’s integrity and preventing contaminants from entering the bolt holes. These plugs are equipped with outer ribs that can accommodate various hole diameter tolerances, as well as a thick flange that allows for easy installation. Caplugs FBH Series Bolt Hole Plugs for FAN Series are offered in 16 different sizes, ranging from ANSI flange bolt hole size 5/8" to 2-7/8". This specific model fits bolt hole size 1-5/8". Our FBH Series plugs are constructed from high-density polyethylene (HD-PE), a lightweight thermoplastic polymer known for its high strength, density and durability. It is exceptionally resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, bases and solvents, as well as resistant to environmental stress cracking and corrosion. It has a service temperature range of 0° F (-18° C) to 215° F (102° C).
