• Our griddle comes pre seasoned for a nonstick like cooking surface when used with a thin layer of oil. It's also strong and rugged. The reversible grill plate fits perfectly over your cooktop, making the perfect flat top grill. Fully compatible with gas, electric, and induction. You can also use this griddle in the oven, broiler, on the grill, BBQ or in the fire pit. Early morning breakfast, and roasted veggies are seared to perfection on this griddle. • Cast iron can rust so keep it out of the dishwasher, do not soak overnight, or air dry. Use warm water and scrape off any stuck food with a flat utensil. You can also lightly polish the cooking surface with a stainless steel chainmail scrubber for a smooth patina. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning, and apply a new layer of oil to protect from rust.
