0/90 Carbon Fiber Unidirectional Sheets by ACP Composites

Our Carbon Fiber 0/90 Unidirectional Sheets are widely used for Carbon Fiber plates and suitable for most applications. Manufactured with a standard modulus, these sheets feature a unidirectional prepreg oriented at 0/90 to create a symmetrical, balanced laminate. This balanced layup offers excellent strength and stiffness in both axial and transverse directions, while our 0 Uni Sheets provide stiffness along a single direction. The 0/90 Unidirectional Sheet strikes a good balance between mechanical properties, uniformity, and cost. Our proprietary Autoclave curing process ensures consistent, high-quality carbon fiber sheets. Manufactured with 100% real carbon fiber fabric preimpregnated with epoxy resin, these sheets are cured at high temperatures and pressure to produce a strong, rigid product that cannot be reshaped after curing. Unlike wet layups, our process consistently yields flat, lightweight sheets with minimal voids, waves, or buildups.
